We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Engineering recruitment vertical based in Sector 14, Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, interviewing, and employer branding. The ideal candidate will have 3–10 years of experience in engineering talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of industry-specific hiring trends. The role demands a proactive approach to attract and retain top engineering talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
