Assistant Manager – Plant Maintenance

The candidate will be responsible for managing plant maintenance operations with a focus on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and internal customer satisfaction. Key duties include executing maintenance schedules for assembly lines, plant machines, and utilities, ensuring zero-accident operations, and analyzing downtime for continuous improvement. The role also involves driving energy cost optimization, deploying Pokayoke solutions, and enhancing the utilization of plant and utility equipment. The candidate will lead initiatives for cost reduction through domestic spare development, ensure closure of all audit observations, provide technical training, and maintain inventory within defined norms. Adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements including ISO and OHSAS standards is essential.
