Job Description:

he candidate will be responsible for planning and procurement of imported and domestic raw materials and child parts, ensuring timely and efficient execution of import operations. Key responsibilities include vendor coordination for order placement, managing critical parts, order-supply reconciliation, coordinating vendor payments with finance, and releasing purchase orders through SAP/APS/XIs. The candidate must ensure timely procurement, maintain safety stock levels, and control inventory of imported parts within 45–60 days. Responsibilities also include import shipment tracking, understanding shipping terms and customs clearance processes, and implementing supplier lead time reduction plans. Proficiency in SAP HANA, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong communication skills, is essential. Prior experience in a Tier 1 auto parts company dealing with electronic components is highly preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities  Preparation of production planning & control for the entire plant.  Responsible for plant operations of production planning, material planning, resource alignment.  Manufacturing operations, production management, shop floor operations, process management.  Process optimization for loss control, also responsible for optimizes selection of equipment for cost control establishing scheme for cost control of project along with quality.  To maintain striking balance on cost Vs. Quality Vs. Job Description:

- The candidate should have at least 15 TO 20 years of experience in the procurement of electronic parts both Imported and Indigenous , able to lead team of app 15 persons . Analyze market condition, price volatility and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability and create procurement plans. Develop alternate suppliers based on suitable evaluation for procurement of materials in collaboration with Quality Control and Production team. Review performance of suppliers; Initiate corrective action plan for suppliers and monitor progress Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers Monitor performance of the reporting team and provide timely and objective feedback to subordinates. Coordinate and oversee the procurement of raw materials to meet production volumes across all plants of the organization. Monitor inventory levels in accordance with production plans, Negotiate and propose annual rate revisions . Verify share of business allocation to suppliers and create supplier rationalization plan. Plan and monitor implementation of alternate sourcing for critical components as a result of supplier assessments.
