Job Description:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  Ensure that organizations quality management system conforms to customer internal , ISO 9001 & regulatory / legal requirements.  Ensure evaluation of , and reporting on Vendor quality System.  Overseas inspection of incoming materials ensuring that they meet requirements.  Manage the monitoring , measurement and review of internal processes that affect the quality of the product.  Lead a team of quality engineers , inspectors , auditors , analyst and technicians  Work with customers , employees , contractors and outsourcing firms to develop product requirement  Conduct Periodic management review meetings  Responsible for QC Testing Calibration/ Maintenance.  Improve an organization's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste.  Achieving dispatch as per daily plan.  On job training to improve product quality.  kaizen/gemba/projects/initiatives/technical advancements initiative to improve product quality  Time to time for submission of CAPA after receipt of internal/ external complaint.  Customer/ site complaints should be less than 35377 PPM/ AE in-process) LOC) PPM should be less than 21200  Ensuring overall quality of Genset- Assembly/ Testing/ Final PDI.  Co-ordination between inter departments for solving the issue. The role is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, conducting audits, promoting BEST culture, and ensuring compliance with QMS standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001/45001. The candidate will lead 5S audits, improvement projects, and internal systems audits while coordinating with corporate and external agencies for conventions and competitions. The position also supports safety and environmental activities, ensures timely closure of NCs/observations, and facilitates training on BEST practices and core standards. This role requires strong planning, communication, and change management skills, as well as functional knowledge in improvement strategy and internal audit compliance.
