Sr. Executive – HR & GA
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a Japanese automobile company.
We are looking for a Senior Executive – HR & GA with 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Japanese automobile company. The role involves managing payroll (attendance, salary, payslips, and TDS), ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling contract labor, conducting interviews, maintaining manpower reports, and overseeing statutory compliance such as ESI, PF, and bonuses. The candidate will also manage Mediclaim, GPA/GTL, housekeeping, 5S implementation, and maintain EHS data. Coordination for certifications like IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 is essential. Strong command over MS Office and general administration tasks is required, along with active involvement in employee engagement activities.
