We are hiring a Deputy Manager – Manufacturing Excellence for our Bawal plant. The role is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, conducting audits, promoting BEST culture, and ensuring compliance with QMS standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001/45001. The candidate will lead 5S audits, improvement projects, and internal systems audits while coordinating with corporate and external agencies for conventions and competitions. The position also supports safety and environmental activities, ensures timely closure of NCs/observations, and facilitates training on BEST practices and core standards. This role requires strong planning, communication, and change management skills, as well as functional knowledge in improvement strategy and internal audit compliance.
