Manager – Test Lab Operations

We are seeking a hands-on manager with strong expertise in managing test lab operations within the automotive manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will independently oversee lab activities, plan and schedule testing in alignment with project milestones, and engage with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities include analyzing test data, maintaining and calibrating equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as IATF 16949, and driving test facility upgrades. The role demands deep knowledge of mechanical and durability testing of components like push-pull cables and power lift gates, along with familiarity in ECU validation and test automation using PLCs and data loggers. The candidate should be capable of leading a team, driving root cause analysis, and managing budgets effectively.
