Engineer – Quality Assurance

The candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining control plans and inspection instructions to ensure quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include setting targets for process quality, conducting layer/process audits, and providing training to both new and existing employees on quality-related topics. The role involves coordinating with other departments to address production line quality issues, managing manpower within the process quality team, and evaluating inspectors and team leaders. The candidate must focus on minimizing in-house rejections, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Knowledge of harness processes, 10 Cycle, Kaizens, cost-saving methods, and quality tools is essential for success in this role.
