he candidate will be responsible for planning and procurement of imported and domestic raw materials and child parts, ensuring timely and efficient execution of import operations. Key responsibilities include vendor coordination for order placement, managing critical parts, order-supply reconciliation, coordinating vendor payments with finance, and releasing purchase orders through SAP/APS/XIs. The candidate must ensure timely procurement, maintain safety stock levels, and control inventory of imported parts within 45–60 days. Responsibilities also include import shipment tracking, understanding shipping terms and customs clearance processes, and implementing supplier lead time reduction plans. Proficiency in SAP HANA, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong communication skills, is essential. Prior experience in a Tier 1 auto parts company dealing with electronic components is highly preferred.
